After curating and evolving the ideas behind HTML First for a few years, I posted the website on Hacker News at the end of 2023. The reaction was quite polarised - there was some good critiques (of bad code snippet examples), and a reasonable amount of straw-manning. I've since evolved the site and added a directory which I keep updated periodically, and we still primarily follow HTML First practices at the agency.
